LiFePO4 Battery BMS Guide
A Battery Management System is the protection and monitoring electronics inside a lithium pack, and this guide states only what the listings and the range page state about it. The 12V listings state built-in automatic protection against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and over-temperature, plus internal cell balancing. The home storage range page describes a built-in BMS covering overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and temperature protection, and integrated BMS with CAN/RS485 inverter communication for the range.
- LiFePO4 packs in 12V, 24V and 48V
- 7 x 12V models with full spec tables
- Portable stations and hybrid NiMH fitments
- Certificates available upon request
No founding year, headcount, phone or named contact is published on this site: those records conflict between sources and are not settled. Contact goes through the inquiry form.
The distinction between those two statements is the whole point of this page. The 12V protection list is a listing claim repeated across the 12V models. The CAN/RS485 communication description is range text: it describes the range, and it is not a per-model communication specification for any single pack on this site.

What to confirm about a BMS before ordering
Protection set: which of over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and temperature protection the pack actually ordered carries, confirmed per model rather than assumed from the family. Communication: whether the pack exposes CAN, RS485 or neither, and whether the inverter planned for the system speaks the same protocol. Balancing: whether the pack balances cells internally, as the 12V listings claim for that family. Display: whether the pack carries an LCD display, as the YB-LP48100H listing states for that model alone.
The 15Ah LF0401501-7 is listed with a smart BMS as its distinguishing feature. “Smart” there is the listing's own word, and this page does not expand it into a feature list the listing never gave. A BMS question that the listing does not answer belongs in the pre-order confirmation. Before payment, confirm MOQ, lead time, voltage, warranty and certification scope for your order.

Before payment, confirm MOQ, lead time, voltage, warranty and certification scope for your order.
Confirm the specification for the model actually ordered, not for a neighbouring model or a series range.
