Custom E-Bike Battery Packs
Custom e-bike packs are covered here as a guide and inquiry page, not as a specification page. The listings behind this page are third-party snippets naming custom 18650 e-bike packs at 24V, 36V, 48V, 52V, 60V and 72V, and 10Ah to 40Ah, plus 36V 14Ah to 15Ah e-bike packs. Snippets are corroboration only: no per-model specification table was read for any custom pack, so no custom pack specification is published here.
- LiFePO4 packs in 12V, 24V and 48V
- 7 x 12V models with full spec tables
- Portable stations and hybrid NiMH fitments
- Certificates available upon request
No founding year, headcount, phone or named contact is published on this site: those records conflict between sources and are not settled. Contact goes through the inquiry form.
That limit shapes the whole page. It can explain the voltage and capacity bands that custom listings name, and it can route a buyer to an inquiry with the bike, motor, voltage and capacity in hand. It cannot state dimensions, weight, current ratings, cycle life or a protection set for a custom pack, because none of those values was read.

How a custom inquiry should be framed
A useful custom inquiry names the bike and motor, the voltage band, the capacity band, the mounting form (downtube, rear rack or other), the connector and controller interface, and the market the pack will be used in. Those six points are the difference between a quotable inquiry and a vague one, and they are also the points a supplier needs before confirming a specification.
A DIY pack is also handled here, for the same reason: a DIY pack is a configuration question, not a stocked model, and this page treats it as an inquiry topic rather than a product with a table.
Certificates follow the site-wide line: “Certificates available upon request.” No certificate number is published. Before payment, confirm MOQ, lead time, voltage, warranty and certification scope for your order.

Confirm the specification for the model actually ordered, not for a neighbouring model or a series range.
